On this episode of Hypnosis, Etc., we do a quick review of the Ten Keys for Doing Direct Suggestion Hypnosis Right, which we have discussed in Parts 1, 2 & 3. Then we get right into the new “Keys”.

In this we cover these important “Keys”:

1. Use lots of lots of repetition in your sessions.
2. Use compounding of suggestions.

Finally, I answer the question, “What is the difference between ‘hypnosis’ and meditation’?” Most hypnotists do not really understand the difference between these two things. I do my best to explain what I think the difference is. Have a look/listen and see what you think. I also think that hypnotists and NLP practitioners commonly use the term, “trance” to indicate hypnosis. I explain why that is probably not the best thing to do.
